Absolutely great hotel with pretty nice facilities. Appetising meals.

Pleasant hotel, very good service & superbly friendly stuff. Spacious unit with garden view. Bonus point for central heating, an ironing set, and an electronic key card. Easy to get to, perfect location adjacent to the "gift shop", Close to many restaurants and shops.

- Great Value for money - Rooms are clean and have everything you need - Quiet and well-isolated walls - Very close to the highway, perfect for an overnight stay between long drives

- If you leave the hotel by foot, the surrounding area seems to be quite dodgy

This place was a suitable option for a relaxing holiday in Bakersfield with good price-value balance. Make sure to check the location of the coffee maker before settling in.

the room is great with garden view, wifi is fast. the staff is very Nice. and i love the lobby! you can have even Starbucks! free parking, nearby gas station, whatelse we can expect?

Just a stop over for a road trip so we expected we wouldn't find too many places to dine at short notice.

Room keys that work. Second set was not much better than first. We had someone let us in the side door or we would have had to walk the property again.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It was a great size room for a great price.

It felt kind of old and the layout of the room was different from what your used to. The bed facing the window was weird to me. Nothing drastic. My own thinking.

There is nothing that I didn't like :-) but it would have been nice if the balcony was a bit bigger.

The king suite was fantastic, just what we were looking for with a young baby. The family room had ample space for entertaining a few friends while our baby slept in the bedroom. The bedroom had a good amount of space too. The staff was very friendly and accomodated our request for a room on the ground floor!

The bathroom was on the small side, but it was clean. Breakfast was a little on the pricey side, $20 for french toast a muffin & coffee, but I guess such are the times. Something small but less expensive, or complimentary, would have been nice like cereal and toast.

Close to the highway-reg was a snap-room assignment quick and good.

At 7 pm there was no customers in the eatery- found the one cook/waitress in a stall talking on the cell phone. She was real good after we discovered her on the property. It was really kind of funny, after all she had no customers at the time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was our first stay at the Courtyard, although my sister and her husband have always stayed here and I can see why. The room was spacious and very comfy (I loved the sofa). The kitchen, where we had breakfast was really nice and the dining area, very nicely planned and comfortable. As an extra bonus, the young lady preparing breakfast was very quick, and the food was perfect. I have to go to Bakersfield a few times a year to work on my rental or visit my daughter. I'm going to repeat my stay at the Courtyard.
